Corporate Culture

The company’s performance is primarily determined by its employees. Each of us is responsible for our own reputation, authority, long-term success, and growth. The organization prioritizes maintaining a pleasant psychological atmosphere and establishing conditions that allow each individual to reach their greatest potential. The Code’s most recent edition, known as the Code, went into effect in 2023 and was based on best practices from around the world.

One of the most important aspects of organizational culture is the Code. Every employee must actively participate and take the effort to uphold the Code’s corporate ideals and reference points. Employees that follow uniform values and standards of behavior assist to the formation of a trustworthy and high-performing professional team by maintaining appropriate levels of mutual understanding both within the Company and with its business partners and clients. The Kazbarley LLP Council for Business Ethics is a consultative body that assists structural divisions with issues related to the Code’s application and compliance, makes decisions and designs recommendations for Company employees and officials on matters of business ethics and compliance, and ensures that the Code’s provisions are followed.

Every employee of the Company is obligated to follow the Company’s legal, moral, and professional standards, which are consistent with governmental, commercial, and societal norms and serve as the foundation for the idea of “compliance.” When conducting operational, investment, and other types of activities, the Company adheres to the principle that does not tolerate corruption in any form or expression. Corporate fraud, in all of its forms, is repulsive to the Company, regardless of the extent of the harm caused. The corporation has a security hotline and offers compliance training to its employees. An informative corporation is subjected to compliance standards in order to combat corruption and create a zero-tolerance policy for any indicators of fraud within the company’s management and staff. The company’s internal publications provide information about its attempts to combat corporate fraud and corruption.

Kazbarley LLP conducts sociological research on a regular basis to precisely identify the direction for the continuing growth of corporate culture and internal communication systems. The studies allow the organization to analyze employee awareness of and satisfaction with human resources and social programs, identify potential and current risks, and make recommendations for developing the company’s human resources and social policies.

Training and development

The company provides excellent possibilities for all employee types to train and develop. Currently, the organization has developed and effectively implemented a vocational education system that includes training and retraining for employees, professionals, and senior and mid-level management. Workers are trained at the non-governmental educational center “Kazbarley LLP Personnel Training Center” and its eight branches, which have a cutting-edge technological base and extensive pedagogical experience.

According to the General Director’s plan, the Company’s managers and experts strive to improve their professional skills (CEO). When developing advanced training programs, business leaders decide which topics to include in the curriculum, which study areas are strategically important, and which to leave out. The programs are being implemented by educational institutions in Kazakhstan and around the world.
