Resources Policy

The refinery prioritizes people policy because it promotes successful staff development, management, and the building of a cohesive group of professionals with same company goals. Kazbarley LLP employs 200 persons, 31 of them are under the age of 30. Each new hire at the facility holds a higher level professional degree. Refinery employees have an average age of 31. The extent to which Kazbarley LLP staff are able to adjust quickly to changing market demands in order to meet the organization’s strategic goals and objectives has a major impact on the activity’s effectiveness. As a result, one of Kazbarley LLP’s key personnel policy goals is to hire more staff. Kazbarley LLP developed competitive personnel selection criteria to achieve the best possible balance of workforce renewal and retention. These regulations give a defined framework for hiring, selecting, and adjusting employees in accordance with the refinery’s requirements.

To be eligible for admission, applicants must successfully complete three selection phases: testing, a structural unit interview, and a panel interview with the refinery competition committee. The “Electronic Recruiting” information technology automates the hiring process and keeps resumes visible at all levels. Kazbarley LLP developed an adaptation program to help workers comprehend the system of professional knowledge and abilities, embrace established relationship norms, and accelerate the process of joining the labor collective. Senior staff members’ internships, training, and certifications have been expedited, and they have been assigned to a personnel reserve.

The organization’s staff development program includes training, retraining, and advanced training for its personnel. The training center actively participates in the training process, and all of the plant’s workshops and complexes include classrooms for theoretical instruction, making the environment ideal for implementing staff development programs. It also provides cutting-edge instructional materials, computer training facilities, multimedia training facilities, and innovative technical process tools.

The refinery recognizes that the next generation of workers, who will succeed the veterans, will determine not only the refinery’s bright future but also the survival of human and industrial traditions. As a result, much thought is given to replacing the company’s current employees with young professionals who are capable of quickly learning new information and technologies and have recently graduated from colleges and universities. Young specialists account for more than 30% of all new hiring. During the hiring process, a mentor is selected from among the highly trained plant workers to provide specific teaching to each junior specialist. The Oil Refiners Initiation is an annual event that introduces potential experts to the organization’s corporate culture.

There is a Council for Youth Affairs within the company. Young specialists actively participate in the plant’s professional, linguistic, intellectual, and social events, as well as the Peschanskaya boarding school’s professional, sports, and patronage activities. Strong ties have been established with the best colleges in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Kazakhstan. Each year, the plant provides practical training to around 100 students from various educational institutions specializing in “Technology of Oil and Gas Processing,” “Chemical Technology of Organic Substances,” and “Technological Machines and Equipment”. Important plant professionals serve on state commissions to defend graduation projects submitted by graduates of the best local schools and institutions.
